We have outlined our how any data is collected and who and where is it stored, what purposes we use it for and how long the data is held for. A Brief Overview
The personal data collected via our website is based on what you enter yourself via forms and booking consultations. Some anonymous data will be collected to ensure you have a valid account to log in and view. Other anonymous data is it collected as a result of analytics to help us maximise the website experience collected by Squarespace. You can find out about how we store this data and how to request a deletion further on in this document. We only use your data for our own purposes and never sell data to 3rd parties.

By using our website, you agree to the use of these and have a choice if you wish to enter your personal data or not.

GDPR is now EU law which gives control to individuals on how their data is used.

We store the minimum information required to provide you with the service, share it only with GDPR-compliant processors when required for operational purposes, and do not let any other third-party link, track or access information about our users.

STUDIO SUSS is group of creative designers registered in Ireland so we work under the jurisdiction of Irish law while complying with EU GDPR standards for our global audience. All information we collect via our website is strictly for the use of the business.
We are happy to offer the same level of privacy protection to all our users, not just those who are resident in the EU.

What Information We May Collect, How we Collect it and Why The Data provided directly by the User
Contact Detail such as name (first and last), email address, payment details and phone numbers where applicable via any or all of the following:

  • Contact Form.

  • Booking Consultations.

All the information we collect from the above methods are to processes your requests and to answer your questions about our services. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time however in accordance with revenue and tax laws, we do need to keep receipt of payments for 5 years but can anonymise the data on your request.

The Anonymous Data collected automatically by our website
We use Google Analytics and Facebook pixels to help us run our business online and Squarespace gathers data for their analytics. This is standard practice and strictly for our own use. The privacy policies for both are connected via the links provided. We use these to help us optimise our website and use these platforms to reach our audience in marketing campaigns.

In the event we use other tracking code, we aim to list it here. Please be assured, we only ever use analytics for our own benefit to improve the website and never pass on analytics collect to other parties.

How We May Use Your Information

  • The purpose of retaining the information that you provide to STUDIO SUSS will only be used for the following purposes appropriate to the services provided:

  • Providing information to contact you from our contact form.

  • Providing information to better understand your business requirements you from our online booking consultation.

  • Testimonials are given only with the permission of the business and can be removed or deleted at any time upon request.

  • Billing (Invoicing and receipts) where appropriate. Please note we must retain payment receipts for 5 years in line with tax laws.

  • We never sell or pass on your personal information to 3rd parties and retain it only for the use of our website STUDIO SUSS.

How Your Information May Be Shared
All information we collect will be for the purpose of our business, STUDIO SUSS and we will only use the information and data for our business which may extend to individual projects where the dancer feels the student may also be interested in the marketing.

Where Your Information is Stored
All emails are sent directly and automated emails via Sqaurespace which is compliant with GDPR. Should you want your data permanently deleted, simply reply to any email and request permanently deletion of all data in line with your User Rights.

Our web hosting is handle by Squarespace and email hosting via GSuite and are also fully compliant with GDPR.

We use Stripe and PayPal as our payment systems which are both well recognised online payment platforms and legally fully compliant.

Who has Access to your Records and Why
The staff management team of STUDIO SUSS have access to your records directly, based on their appropriate roles and requirements to do their job. We value privacy and ensure our team will always do the same. In all cases with the services we use, our DPO has ensured that these companies are also fully compliant with GDPR and links to their current privacy policy are provided in the document to the best of our ability.

How Long is Your Information Retained?
Our policy is to retain data for max 2 years after the last interaction. Data protection law requires interaction to have taken place within 12 months. After this period, the data is marked for deletion every 3–6mths and will be deleted on the following cycle check. However, all records can be deleted at any time if you request it in writing by contacting our data controller.

User Rights

  • You can request to see all our records on you at any time.

  • If you think some information is incorrect, or not needed for the purposes outlined above, you may request that we amend it or destroy it.

  • You can request us to destroy all records that we hold on you.

  • Please allow up to 30 days for us to comply.
